E-Scooter With Road Legal

The electric scooter has the necessary road approval and is therefore LEGAL and safe to use on Germany's roads. This item comes with a general operating permit (ABE). Please have the item insured (the serial number is on the side of the vehicle). A valid insurance sticker must be stuck to the rear mudguard of the e-scooter. A driver's license is not required.
